Jade founded The Skinn Lab as a clinical alternative for clients who want to see change without injectables. The studio considers the face and upper body as linked parts of one system rather than unrelated concerns, so every visit starts with an assessment of where tension is held in the jaw, neck and shoulders.

Buccal massage is the core of the menu. The Express TMJ Release is a 30-minute session combining myofascial release, buccal massage and neck work, priced at $100. The TMJ Release Treatment, from $165, is a buccal focused massage for TMJ discomfort, jaw tension and restored mobility, with neck and scalp massage, lasting 55 minutes or more. The Extended Tension Release, from $225, runs 90 minutes or more and adds lymphatic drainage, sculpting massage, a hydrating anti-aging mask, and decolletage and scalp massage.

For facial aging concerns, the Anti-Aging Buccal Facial, from $195 and lasting 75 minutes or more, addresses sagging skin, smile lines, jowls and mouth-area wrinkles. It uses NuFACE microcurrent and a nourishing mask. The Custom Facial, from $165 and lasting an hour or more, is skincare focused, with professional products chosen for each client's skin.

The salon presents buccal massage as a way to address jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, chronic headaches, facial puffiness and anti-aging lift. Clients are asked to consult a healthcare provider for a formal TMJ diagnosis before beginning treatment. Clients who have had Botox should wait at least 2 weeks, and those who have had filler at least 4 weeks, before facial massage. Clients who have had microneedling should wait at least 2 weeks before booking.

Appointments are booked online by choosing a service, provider, date and time, and a waitlist is kept on a first come, first served basis with notifications when a spot opens. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes within 24 hours, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged the full service price, and late arrivals do not extend the session. Hours are Monday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:45 am to 7:15 pm, Wednesday 9:15 am to 2:15 pm, Friday 9:15 am to 3:15 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:15 pm, closed Sunday. Services are offered to men as well as women. Parking is on the street, with two spots behind the building for customers when open and a free library lot across the street.
