Facials are shaped around each client's skin needs and goals, and enhancements are included in the price of a ritual. Before a first facial, the studio runs an in-depth consultation and new clients complete a health intake and consent form. After each appointment, clients receive an email with a personalized product recommendation list.

Services run from a 30-minute consultation and a 60-minute microneedling session to the 120-minute Spellbound Ritual, which is offered on weekends only. Some enhancements, including the cooling hydro jelly mask, LED light therapy and herbal poultice massage, are only available in sessions of 90 minutes or longer, and some are not offered during 75-minute treatments.

The studio says skincare should be intentional and supportive of long-term skin health, and it avoids over-exfoliation and aggressive treatments. It also states that holistic skincare can lead to lasting results.

Bookings are made through the Gloss Genius booking site, which takes a card on file without charging at booking. Clients must be 18 or older, and extra guests and pets are not allowed at appointments. Prices are all-inclusive and gratuity is not accepted. Changes need 48 hours notice, late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, and no-call no-shows may be charged 75% of the service total. Purchases are final sale.
