Facials are the core of the menu. A 30-minute Express Facial includes double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed and finishing products, with facial massage used when extractions aren't needed. The 60-minute Custom Facial adds neck and shoulder massage and a face mask, and the 90-minute version adds two masks along with neck, shoulder, facial, scalp and foot massage. Dermaplaning appears in a 45-minute Express Dermaplane Facial and a 75-minute Custom Dermaplane Facial, the longer one including enzyme exfoliation. A 45-minute Teen Facial is also offered.

Beyond facials, the studio lists brow services (tinting, lamination, and a combined lamination and tint, with tint colors customizable), lash lifts and tints, and a range of waxing from small areas like the upper lip and chin up to half and full legs. Clients choose the upper or lower half of the legs for a half leg wax.

Hours run Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointment changes or cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service and no-shows are charged the full cost.

Treatments and skincare are tailored to each client's skin, with the aim of a relaxing visit.
