Treatments are built around each client's skin. The business puts weight on explaining why a skin concern is happening, so clients understand the reasons behind the plan they are given. New clients need a consultation before booking custom facials or microneedling. In-person and virtual consultations are both available, and if a client buys a skin care regimen at the appointment, part of the consultation fee goes toward it.
The salon's acne menu starts with a double cleanse and includes an acne-focused chemical peel, extractions, a custom mask, cooling globes and LED light therapy. Acne Bootcamp is a longer program with a session every two weeks. The program also includes a home care regimen priced between $200 and $240. Bootcamp clients are asked to limit themselves to products the salon recommends, and the program is built on Face Reality's professional acne skincare system.
Custom Facials come in an 80-minute version at $280, where the esthetician chooses the treatment after an assessment, and a 60-minute version at $230. A 60-minute Dermaplane And Go facial at $100 includes double cleansing, massage, dermaplaning and finishing products, and a Dermaplane plus Chemical Peel adds a customized peel for $165.
SkinPen microneedling is meant to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture, and prescription-strength numbing is included. Face-only treatments are $375, face and neck are $450, and microneedling with a chemical peel is $400. Packages are spaced about four to six weeks apart and must be used within five months of purchase. A microneedling package is listed at $925 and a three-treatment microneedling and chemical peel package at $1,075.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead may avoid a fee, while a 50% fee applies to later changes. No-shows and changes with 24 hours or less notice are charged the full service fee. One reschedule is free, and further reschedules are at the business's discretion. Services and products are non-refundable. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $100, $150, $200, $250, or a custom amount. Pricing is subject to change at any time, according to the business.
