The menu is organized into skincare, massage, waxing, and lash and brow services. Facials range from a $99 New Guest Welcome Facial for first-time clients, which includes a double cleanse, a steam exfoliation mask, extractions as needed, a custom treatment mask, and a hand and arm massage, to device-based and peel treatments such as radiofrequency, FrioLift RF and Cryo, and HydroDiamond. The salon partners with Eminence Organic Skin Care and sells retail skincare. A custom Esthetician's Choice Facial is designed after a skin examination and consultation.

For acne, the studio offers an Acne Treatment Bootcamp: six treatments booked about two weeks apart for $450, led by a certified acne practitioner, with 10% off WISH Skin Health acne-focused products. Single acne treatments are $150 per session. Cosmetic services and weight loss are offered through a consultation with Dr. Cease. A six-session Lipomax Sculpt package is priced at $600 and uses focused electromagnetic energy pulses to contract abdominal muscles.

Massage sessions are tailored to each client. Options include Swedish massage in 30, 60, and 90 minute lengths, Serenity Swedish, deep tissue, Relaxology feet and scalp, and a pregnancy massage that the therapists are described as trained to ease pregnancy-related tension and fatigue. Brow lamination and lash lifts are also available, and the salon notes that brow lamination is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Visit policies: clients should arrive about 10 minutes early. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. A credit card holds every appointment, but nothing is charged at booking, and cancellations or no-shows inside 24 hours are charged the full service price. Tipping is not expected but is appreciated. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
