The Acne Program pairs professional treatments with a personalized home care routine. A first visit is an initial consultation with a facial, 90 minutes for $145, followed by a 60-minute follow-up facial every two to three weeks for $125. According to the site, most Acne Program clients notice improvement within three to four months.

The Custom Skin Studio Facial is a 75-minute treatment tailored to each client's skin, and may include dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, or a customized chemical peel. The iS Clinical Fire & Ice Facial uses an exfoliating masque and a hydrating masque in a 60-minute visit with no downtime, which the site also calls the Red Carpet Facial. HydraFacial treatments come in three levels: the Classic is a 60-minute three-step treatment using vortex fusion technology, the Deluxe adds personalized boosters and LED light therapy over 75 minutes, and the Platinum runs 90 minutes and adds dermaplaning and lymphatic drainage.
