Treatment planning begins with each client's concerns and a skin assessment, and each plan is built for that client. The studio holds that home care and professional treatments both matter for reaching skin goals, so product use between visits is part of the plan. Acne clients check in every two weeks during an initial three-month period, and acne plans take into account skin type, acne type, skin condition, how quickly the skin adapts to products, and lifestyle.

The menu covers facials at several price points, from an express 30-minute facial starting at $87 to Shelly's Signature Treatment at $325. HydraFacial services run from $189 to $450 across four tiers, and peels range from $90 to $275. Advanced treatments include microdermabrasion, the Osmosis Infusion Facial, and the Medi-Revitapen Treatment. Brow and lash tinting, brow shaping and a full range of waxing are also offered.

Waxing has a few rules. It cannot be done for clients using certain prescriptions such as Retin-A, Renova or Accutane, and clients are asked to disclose all medications taken in the three months before a wax. Wax sticks are used once per dip and never double dipped, and the studio describes its wax room as clean and sanitary.

Shelly assesses each client's skin and talks through concerns before choosing treatments, and she adjusts home care so the skin does not over-adapt to products.
