Before a first booking, new clients complete an intake form. Services are planned one on one, so each treatment is shaped around the client's skin concerns. The facial menu runs from The Basic, which includes a cleanse, skin analysis, extractions, a custom mask, a neck and shoulder massage, and SPF, up to The Advanced, which adds nanoneedling and runs 90 minutes or more. The Signature sits in between and includes one enhancement of the client's choosing.

HydroDiamond facials pair hydrodermabrasion with diamond-tip exfoliation and then infuse serums into the skin. They come in three levels, Express Glow, Signature and Platinum, with the higher levels including more enhancements.

The studio also offers chemical peels, from a superficial Illuminize peel to a medium-depth VI Peel whose formula is chosen by skin concern. Microneedling creates tiny punctures in the top layer of skin to stimulate collagen and elastin, and nanoneedling is a non-invasive version with no downtime. Consent forms are provided for chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and waxing. Consultation is required before a microneedling booking.

Treatment plans are worked out individually with each client, aimed at the skin concerns they bring in. The studio uses medical grade skincare lines and treatments are chosen to balance relaxation with results.
