Clients need a card on file to book, which covers cancellation and no-show fees. Appointments must be confirmed before the 24-hour mark or they are cancelled automatically. Reminders arrive 72, 48 and 24 hours before the start time, and consultation forms are due at least two hours ahead. Payment can be made by debit or credit card, Venmo, Zelle or cash, and product sales are final.
Waxing is best booked every four to six weeks, and hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly three to four weeks of growth. Waxing during a period is allowed with a fresh tampon in place. Services are for clients 18 and older; a minor needs a legal guardian or parent in the building who consents. Guests, including children, may not come to appointments, and the studio does not service men.
The studio says it was named one of the best in Best of the Desert 2024 and 2025, and its website shows a 5.0 rating from 74 reviews.
