Facials are built around each client and delivered as custom Dermalogica treatments, with options that run from routine skin maintenance through to more progressive work. The facial menu includes a 30-minute express option, 75-minute and 90-minute facials, and a 90-minute 5-in-1 treatment that combines ultrasonic scrubbing, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, oxygen and microcurrent. The 30-minute express leaves out facial massage and extractions, and upgrades to the 60-minute facial cost extra and can lengthen the visit.

Back treatments cover cleansing and exfoliation, resurfacing with microdermabrasion and hydrating products, and a chemical exfoliation for the back. Add-ons can be paired with facials, including chilled facial globes, scalp massage, lip and eye care, oxygen infusion, a facial microcurrent lift, and three acid peels. Some treatments ask clients to avoid exfoliation, acids, retinol, waxing or threading for a set period before and after.

Multi-session packages of three or five custom facials must be used within one year. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment incur a 25% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Clients call (630) 532-0053 to cancel or reschedule. Split tenders are not accepted. The site includes before-and-after photos of facials.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin, with a stated aim of giving clients a moment of calm while being pampered.
