The Skin & Soul Studio

The studio is at Whitfield Place in Cascades and describes its approach as a mix of personalized skincare, education and relaxation. The setting is meant to feel welcoming, comfortable and free of judgment.

Every treatment is built around the individual client. The Customized Facial runs 60 minutes for $100 and covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions where needed, a mask, serums, hydration and finishing products. First-time clients can book the New Client Experience for $120 over 90 minutes, which starts with a consultation and skin analysis before the facial.

For more targeted work, the Extended Customized Facial ($140, 90 minutes) adds time for advanced treatment, extractions, massage and relaxation. The Customized Back Treatment ($90, 45 minutes) is a facial for the back that addresses congestion, breakouts, texture, dryness and discoloration. A customized facial combined with a back treatment is $160 and takes 105 minutes.

Packages spread visits over time. The Back Care Series ($245) includes three personalized back treatments, each tailored at the visit. The Self Care Series ($275) includes three custom facials per visit. The Soulful Escape ($380) includes three extended custom facials. The Skin Journey ($530) is a six-facial series. Package credits apply automatically at checkout, and the studio also sells gift cards.

Virtual options suit clients who want remote guidance. The Virtual Skin Consultation ($75, 45 minutes) covers concerns, goals, current products and lifestyle with beginner-friendly education and next steps. The Virtual Follow Up ($50, 30 minutes) reviews progress and products for clients who have had an initial consultation. Clients are asked to have current products on hand or send photos beforehand.

Booking requires a 40% nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the service total, and appointments are confirmed only once it is paid. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations forfeit the deposit. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period. Business hours are Monday 2 to 5 PM, Tuesday 1 to 5 PM, Wednesday 2 to 8 PM, Thursday 1 to 5 PM, Friday 2 to 5 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays.
