The studio also runs one-on-one trainings in Korean lash lifts and brow lamination, which Monica teaches herself.

Appointments are designed to feel calm, private and unhurried. The brow signature, Brow Wax, Lami, Tint, combines shaping wax, lamination and a custom tint in a single sitting. The Korean Lash Lift & Tint is the studio's signature lift, and the Soft Girl Summer package pairs the brow transformation with that lift in one appointment for $255. The salon says many clients return as much for Monica as for the results.

Booking runs through Calendly, and a card on file or a deposit may be required. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; changes inside that window may be charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows may be charged up to the full total and asked to prepay future visits. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the service and may count as a late cancellation. Korean lash lift clients are asked to wait at least 8 weeks between lifts, and earlier bookings are cancelled automatically. The studio is open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM and Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed on weekends.

The studio builds each visit around a calm, private pace, and its teaching emphasizes the decisions behind consistent results.
