Corrective face treatments run as phased programs, from Phase 1 Skin Conditioning, which is open to returning clients, through Phase 2 Progressive Correction and Phase 3.0 Optimal Correction. Phase 3.1 adds a targeted chemical peel and Phase 3.2 uses nano infusion, a non-invasive option aimed at texture, fine lines, acne scarring and uneven tone. Each treatment is adjusted at every visit based on a professional skin assessment, and moving to the next phase depends on how the skin responds and the esthetician's approval. Phase 3.1 may cause visible peeling and requires downtime, and some Phase 3.0 treatments may too.

A first visit to the corrective program, Phase 1 First Time Treatment at $160, starts with an intake consultation, skin analysis and a customized foundation treatment, and ends with a plan of skin care recommendations. New clients and anyone not seen in three or more months complete an intake form at least 24 hours ahead. For clients already in a program, Glow and Go is a 35-minute, $75 maintenance facial, and Glow and Go plus Hydrofacial is a 45-minute, $120 express option; both are for returning clients only. Virtual Consultations are 45-minute online sessions for $50 that review skin concerns, goals and routine and include a customized skin care plan.

Waxing covers the face, back and Brazilian area. Ingrowns are tweezed and worked on at no extra charge when time allows. The studio also hosts 90-minute group skincare socials led by a licensed professional, with products and tools included, and these can be held as a mobile event at a location the client chooses.

The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, and is closed Mondays and Saturdays. A 10% non-refundable deposit secures each booking and is applied to the total, with the balance due at the end of the service. Cash, Apple Pay and tap-to-pay cards are accepted. Clients must be 16 or older, and guests are not allowed during appointments unless approved in advance. Service animals are welcome.

Treatments are built around listening to the client, educating them and working on the deeper causes of skin concerns, in phased steps that move forward only as the skin responds.
