Herbal extracts are made in house by a Master Herbalist. The tinctures are produced by percolation with 100 Proof Cane Spirit, reverse osmosis water and vegetable glycerin, and are sold alongside facial mists, a facial oil, a barrier cream, bars and herbal teas. Herbal consultations can be requested through the contact form on the Connect page.

Each facial begins with a skin assessment, and the treatment is then built around botanical ingredients, massage and professional skincare. Clients with sensitive skin are welcome to book, and sensitivities and allergies are considered before any treatment. Clients are asked to disclose prescription skincare and active ingredients before their appointment, and to arrive with clean skin and avoid new or harsh products right before a visit.

Extractions are done only when the business judges them appropriate and beneficial for the skin. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice for facial appointments, and deposits are not refunded if that policy is not followed. Late arrivals may shorten the appointment.

The herbal product descriptions say the FDA has not reviewed the claims made about them. The products are also not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Facials are customized after a skin assessment and combine botanical ingredients, massage and professional skincare, with sensitivities considered before treatment.

Facials range from a 20-minute Nano Fusion therapy and a 45-minute Express Reset for maintenance to hour-long and longer botanical, dermabrasion, peptide and Circadia-based treatments, priced from $60 to $150 where listed. The Model Behavior facial is offered at a model rate in exchange for being photographed or filmed.

Back treatments include the Bespoke Back facial, a one-hour deep cleanse with steam, extractions as needed, a purifying mask and finishing products, and the 90-minute Ayurvedic Back treatment with a herbal poultice massage.
