Every visit except add-ons begins with a free 10-minute consultation. Clients book online and select whether they are new or returning. Everyone completes the Skin Health Quiz before a service, and payment is taken in person after the session rather than online.

The Face Reality program is a personalized regimen for treating and preventing acne, built on professional grade products that the salon describes as premium clinical grade. Program treatments are every two weeks at the start and then vary by client, typically one to two a year once skin is clear. The initial product investment is $150 to $200, and treatments start at $85. Products are expected to last roughly 8 to 12 weeks depending on the product and regimen. Program clients are asked to use Face Reality products alone, and members can stop at any time without cancellation fees or charges for future treatments. Consultations can be in person or virtual. The salon states a 90% success rate, and that clearing often takes about three to four months with twice-daily homecare and treatments every two weeks; these are the salon's own claims.

The Virtual Acne Program covers virtual skin analysis, a customized treatment plan, a product regimen and ongoing guidance from home. The initial consultation costs $100, with $50 credited toward product purchase, and biweekly check-ins cost $50 per session and last 15 to 30 minutes. Because there are no in-person acne treatments in this program, homecare consistency is central, and results take longer than in the in-person program.

Outside the acne programs, the menu includes a Hydrating Glow Treatment for dry, dehydrated or tired skin, a dermaplaning facial for sensitive and reactive skin, and a water-assisted resurfacing treatment for stable, non-inflamed skin, priced at $145. That resurfacing treatment is not suitable for active acne or irritated skin. The salon reports a 5 out of 5 average rating from 51 Google reviews.
