The Skin Lab approaches skin care as part of overall health. Its philosophy is holistic, working on the body from the inside out, and the team spends time teaching clients how to look after their skin at home.

Facials follow a set sequence: a consultation, a pre-cleanse, the chosen facial, extractions, a recovery mask and skin protection. Every facial includes targeted exfoliation, hydration with a medical-grade moisturizer, and light massage of the face and neck. The menu runs from a 35-minute facial for children ages 6 to 12 up to a 75-minute Deluxe Facial with a choice of Retinol Peel or Microdermabrasion, neck and shoulder massage and hand massage.

The spa has facials designed for specific needs. A Teen Facial for ages 13 to 17 includes skin analysis, deep cleansing, extractions and a customized mask, and a Teen Detox add-on is available for heavy extractions. Acne Detox Facial is built for acne-prone skin and uses a pumice scrub. The Harmony Facial, also called the Cancer Friendly Treatment, is designed for people going through cancer treatment and uses clean, non-toxic products; pricing depends on individual skin needs.

Device and peel-based options include LED Red Light Therapy, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning with a sterile surgical blade, a Chemical Peel, and the Signature Silk Skin Treatment, which includes a multivitamin peel. Add-ons such as Gua Sha, Dermabrasion, Light Therapy, Beard Therapy and Plant Peel can be combined with a facial.

The Skin Lab also offers body waxing and a Vaginal Treatment, which can be booked on its own or added to a waxing service. Waxing prices are listed on the online booking site. Prepaid packages are not on a monthly schedule; they are designed for sessions every one or two weeks, and a membership option is available. Electronic gift cards are sold, and clients can join a mailing list for specials, sales and events.
