New in-person clients begin with a consultation and a treatment before booking anything else. The consultation includes a skin analysis done with an advanced imaging system, followed by a treatment plan and product recommendations. The consultation fee is non-refundable and counts as a deposit toward all services. Clients who have not been seen in over a year are asked to book a new consultation, and anyone under 18 must come with an adult.

Facial options include Jeanie's Signature Facial, which works through skin cleansing, sloughing off dead skin, clearing out congestion, dermaplaning, warm towels and a tailored mask. Bespoke Facials and Bespoke Treatments are designed after the estheticians assess the skin. Chemical peels range from light resurfacing to medium-depth and specialized formulas. Microneedling can be combined with a serum blend, or the provider can choose the serum. Body peels cover the chest, back and arms, and a deep-pore treatment is offered for the back and shoulders. Chemical peels, microneedling and Bespoke Treatments are sold in packages of three.

Plans are customized to each client after a skin analysis, and the studio describes its skincare as results-driven.
