Facials are built around each client. A 60-minute customized facial covers the face, neck and decolletage, and the cleanser, exfoliation, massage medium and serum type are chosen for each appointment to suit skin type and goals. Exfoliation options are dermaplaning, enzymes and diamond buff, and the exfoliation step is decided during the consultation. Serums come in Korean, American, animal-derived (PRDN) and plant-based types. Add-ons such as jelly masks, dermaplaning and neck treatment are included in the facial price rather than charged separately, and any pricing discussion happens before the client is on the treatment table.

Microneedling is offered for wrinkles, dark spots, loose skin, scars and blemishes. Facial microneedling includes the face plus the neck or decolletage. The salon uses a mix of Korean and American made serums chosen for each client's goals and safety, offers a 5% lidocaine topical cream to ease discomfort, and uses Celluma FDA-cleared LED light therapy afterward to support healing. A skin analysis scan is taken at every microneedling visit, and pricing depends on the serums used and the number of sessions, set at a consultation. Over 200 microneedling treatments have been performed. Clients are generally between 22 and 72 years old, should follow aftercare instructions and use sunscreen, and must be free of precancerous lesions or healing difficulties.

Skin Classic is a non-laser option that uses electro-desiccation to treat surface skin concerns including cherry angiomas, skin tags, dark spots, red veining and sebaceous hyperplasia. Each visit opens with a consultation, during which the skin is examined under a DermLite magnifier with polarizing filters. Pricing begins at $25 for each spot or treated area. Larger zones, such as the upper back, neck or chest, can reach $250; the figure is set at a complimentary consultation. Follow-up sessions are generally booked four to six weeks after the first treatment, usually at $25, with bigger areas charged according to the time they take. This service does not cover lower-body skin irregularities, and moles need a dermatologist's review beforehand.

Facials are offered to girls from age 12 and boys from age 15. Suggested frequency is every 4 weeks under age 30, and afterward roughly every number of days equal to the client's age. The ImagePro 3D skin analysis uses high-resolution 3D imaging and multiple light sources to assess texture, pores, pigment and UV damage.

The salon takes a calm, educational and personalized approach, showing clients how to maintain their results at home. Korean skincare brands are used across peels, masks, microneedling serums and home care recommendations.
