The Acne Bootcamp program opens with a $125 initial visit, which covers a first facial and a walkthrough of the program. After completing that visit, clients can schedule series facials at $75 each. Each series session runs 20 to 45 minutes. The treatment is either a hydrating enzyme treatment or a chemical peel, paired with extractions and high frequency, and the length varies with the number of extractions needed. Face Reality products are used. According to the salon, the program takes a mind and body approach that incorporates lifestyle and nutrition guidance. Places are limited for those seeking to clear acne without prescription medication.

Tailored services include Acne Expert and Korean Skincare. No prices are listed for these. The product range covers cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, eye masks, sheet masks, lip products, supplements and treatments from brands including Face Reality, Circadia, Krx, Sorella Apothecary, Dermathod and Storyderm. Acne products sold online, such as spot treatments, hydrocolloid spot patches, acne creams and acne mediators, are priced from $10 to $45.

Returns depend on how an item was opened and purchased. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened items bought on Maria's recommendation may be returned within 7 days for store credit, and opened items bought without her recommendation are non-refundable. Once an order is with the shipping carrier, the business is not responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed in transit, and damage claims go through the carrier.
