The practice builds custom treatment plans around each client's needs and welcomes people who have a specific skin concern as well as people who want to start a preventive care routine. Free consultations are offered: a 30-minute skin consultation covers a skin analysis and a discussion of concerns, goals and a plan, and a 30-minute Botox and filler consultation gives recommendations based on facial structure and goals. According to the salon, many clients feel more confident afterward and often need less makeup.

Facial options range from a customized facial, which includes a skin analysis, medical-grade chemical exfoliants, enzymes, masks, serums, extractions when needed and a shoulder and neck massage, to a 30-minute express version without massage or extractions. Other facials include HydraFacial MD, which combines a deep clean, extraction and hydration with super serums and LED light therapy, a Mermaid facial using B-12, hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides with SkinPen nano needling, and a PRX facial for hyperpigmentation. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial. The treatment menu also includes BBL light therapy, Moxi laser, BBL HERO, Sylfirm X microneedling radiofrequency, SkinPen microneedling, VI Peel treatments, Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, and dermal fillers.
