Acne care is the studio's main focus, built around the Acne Bootcamp program. A first visit usually begins with a consultation of at least 30 minutes to analyze the skin and set a plan. Treatments follow, from a 45-minute Bootcamp treatment that includes a cleanse, an acne peel or enzyme treatment, extractions and home care guidance, to a 60-minute Deluxe version that adds ice globe cold therapy, LED and high frequency. The studio describes the program as award-winning and states a 90% success rate, with clients typically clear in about three to six months of biweekly treatments. Clients who prefer not to visit in person can book a virtual consultation with a customized regimen and biweekly FaceTime check-ins during the first six to eight weeks.
Beyond acne, the menu includes facials for deep pore cleansing, youth-focused care, enzyme exfoliation with hydration, and a custom facial that begins with a skin analysis and is tailored to concerns such as texture, aging, pigmentation or overall skin health. A 15-minute lymphatic facial massage is also offered on its own.
BioRePeel, a 30% TCA peel in a 45-minute session, is recommended as a series of four for best results and needs no consultation. The 90-minute BioRePeel Deluxe Facial pairs a BioRePeel with a hydrating mask and scalp, face and neck massage. Clients are asked to stop all at-home chemical exfoliation five to seven days before and after a BioRePeel.
Several services require a deposit of $17 to $50 at booking. Cancellations, reschedules and cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 20% fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows, which also carry a 20% fee and cancel the booking.
