Owner and lead esthetician Julie Bellina leads the studio. Every facial is customized to the client's skin. The facial menu ranges from acne and anti-aging treatments to dermaplaning, chemical peels, and peels built around enzymes, botanical exfoliators or vitamin C.

New clients start with a consultation and facial that includes a skin assessment, a customized facial and home-care recommendations. Acne clients receive a personalized treatment plan. The studio notes that most adult acne clients can expect an initial home-care investment of about $215, and teen home-care runs roughly $100 to $215. Home-care products are bought separately from facials.

Microneedling can be booked as a single session or as a series of three to five treatments spaced about four to six weeks apart. The studio does not recommend it for active skin rashes, acne outbreaks or infections. Smart Boosters can be added to microneedling, dermaplaning or chemical peel treatments, and the microneedling add-on costs $30.

Clients using a retinol product should stop five days before a treatment, and anyone using prescription skincare or acne medication should mention it when booking, since some treatments may be adjusted. Facial waxing is not advised when a chemical peel is booked for the same visit. Pregnancy-safe ingredients are used when a facial is customized for pregnant or nursing clients. A parent or guardian must attend a teen's first visit.

Every facial is customized to the individual's skin, and acne care pairs professional treatments with a home-care routine and ongoing guidance.

Visits take place in a private home rather than a commercial space.
