Body waxing is offered by area, including the chest, underarms, inner thighs, back, stomach, buttocks, arms and legs, in half or full sizes. Face services cover brows, lip, small areas and the full face, which includes cheeks, sideburns, chin, forehead and nose. Brazilian options range from a first-time guest wax to a bikini, deep bikini, Kitty Complete, and Mommy versions for expecting mothers and returning clients, with a higher-priced option for growth of eight weeks or more. The Vajacial wax combo pairs a Brazilian with a facial, high frequency, an ice globe treatment and a customized hydro-jelly mask, with deep cleansing, exfoliation, enzyme, steam and extractions. Several services ask pregnant clients to get a doctor's clearance first. First-time guests can book a first wax for $35 and receive 50% off intimate services. A dedicated concierge is available.

The studio says its providers complete more than two weeks of training on its techniques, and that the team includes bilingual specialists. The studio's atmosphere is described as high-energy and welcoming, and the studio itself is comfortable and spa-like. The blog suggests avoiding heavy sweating for 24 hours before and 48 hours after a waxing appointment, and using a fragrance-free moisturizer afterward.

The Waxed Club Academy, in Terrell, was created by the women behind the studio to provide hands-on education for aspiring and licensed beauty professionals. Some courses are open to beginners. There is also a one-day Vajacial 1:1 class and a 40-minute business or mentorship video call. The Academy provides training only; completing a course does not grant a license, and students must obtain any license their state requires.

Retail items may be returned within 7 days with a receipt if unused and in original packaging, with refunds issued as in-store credit only. All services and gift card sales are final. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards through Square in set amounts or a custom amount. Both locations are open Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday, with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday open until 7 pm and Wednesday until 8 pm; Monday and Saturday close at 5 pm.

The studio uses its own waxing technique, Comfort Speed Waxing, which it says is efficient and comfortable. It aims to leave clients satisfied with their service.
