Electrolysis is the studio's core offering for permanent hair removal, performed by a Certified Medical Electrologist. Each hair is treated individually: a thin disposable needle goes into the follicle, current is applied to the root, and the hair is lifted out with tweezers. Clients may feel a slight tingling, and topical anesthetics are available for sensitive skin. Results are visible after the first session, though areas with heavier growth may need several visits. Sessions are offered in 15, 30 and 60 minute lengths.

Laser hair removal is performed with a GentleMax Pro Plus laser by Candela, which uses two wavelengths and continuous cooling. Laser works best on dark, coarse hair and is less effective on gray, white, blonde or light red hair; most people need six to eight treatments spaced around the hair growth cycle. First-time patients book a free 60-minute consultation before any other appointment, and the studio says laser should be done by a qualified professional in a medical setting. Packages of three, six or nine laser treatments are offered at a discount, and they expire two years after purchase.

Beyond hair removal, the studio offers HydraFacials in several tiers, including a platinum option with lymphatic drainage, a serum booster and LED light therapy, and Keravive, a deep cleansing treatment with a scalp peptide infusion. Personalized facials, chemical peels, microneedling for fine lines, acne and scarring, and stretch marks, and brow shaping and lamination are also on the menu. Thermo desiccation is used to remove skin tags, cherry angiomas, milia and telangiectasia, with same-day consultation and treatment available for lesions. Skincare products such as cleansers, moisturizers, serums and sun protection are sold as well.

Care is customized around each client's specific skin and hair needs, on the principle that every person is unique. Laser treatment is carried out by trained staff in a medical setting.
