Nicole Carrillo, a licensed esthetician, founded the studio and approaches skincare as a source of self-care, relaxation and well-being. The salon describes its environment as welcoming and results-focused.

Booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $20 to $50 depending on the service and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Waxing is not performed for clients taking Accutane (isotretinoin) or during the recommended waiting period after that treatment. Clients using tretinoin, retinol, other retinoids or prescription skincare should mention it before their appointment.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each service is adjusted to the client's skin needs and goals.
