The menu is built mostly around waxing, from quick lip, nostril and stomach strip appointments to full leg, back and full face waxes. Brazilian waxes are a specialty, with a 15-minute female-anatomy Brazilian that goes from the front to between the cheeks. Other intimate and body services include bikini line, glutes, inner thigh and underarm waxes, with the bikini wax not covering the labia and the glutes wax not covering between the cheeks.

Brow and lash services cover waxing, tinting, brow lamination, and lash lifts with tint. A brow wax and tint, a brow lamination with tint, and The Brow Works, which combines a brow wax, lamination and tint, are among the options. Lamination smooths and shapes the brows before a custom tint is added. Tint is described as lasting two to four weeks with proper aftercare.

Add-ons include a detailed ingrown hair removal that uses steaming and extraction tools, and a hydrogel vajacial mask containing hyaluronic acid, green tea extract and aloe vera. The Duo pairs ingrown treatment with the hydrogel mask in one 20-minute visit. Bundles pair services together, such as a brow and lip bundle and a Brazilian and underarm bundle.

Booking requires a card on file, with card details secured through Glossgenius. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice or a 50 percent fee is charged to the card on file, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service total. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later may lead to rescheduling and a 50 percent charge. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients with failed payments cannot book until the balance is paid. Brazilian and bikini waxes can be done during a period if a fresh tampon, menstrual disc or cup is used, and a cycle-related cancellation still falls under the cancellation policy.
