The room is easygoing and clean, with a modern, simple look. The team's stated goal is to build caring, personal relationships with each guest. Listed hours are Tuesday 10 am to 8 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday 8 am to 3 pm.

Guests who expect to run late are asked to phone ahead so the team can try to fit them in. Appointments are confirmed 24 to 48 hours before the service. Cancellations or rebooking need at least 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged part or all of the service price. Services are not refunded, but clients with concerns about results are asked to get in touch within a week so adjustments can be made. Product refunds are available within 10 days. The salon accepts MasterCard, Visa, cash and checks. Gratuity can be given in cash or by personal check to the stylist. The salon is not responsible for damaged valuables.
