Silk press options run from a basic wash and style up to a three-level press, with a smoothing treatment aimed at frizz and a separate kids' silk press menu for children roughly ages 4 to 10. Extension services cover sew-ins, closure installs, quick weaves, tape-ins, clip-ins, microlink, Ktip and hybrid installs, along with maintenance visits for many of them. The rest of the menu includes color, trims, relaxers, pixie cuts, sleek ponytails and buns, pin curls, pin up styles, and treatments such as protein, aloe vera and healed hair.

Several services need a consultation first, including tape-in service, microlink and Ktip installs. Silk presses do not include takedown or detangle, which are charged separately, and takedowns are only done on extensions the salon installed. Color is not offered on Fridays or Saturdays, and partial sew-in installs are not booked on Saturdays. Children need to be able to sit without a parent present; if a kiddie service cannot be finished, only a wash and blow dry is charged.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10 am to 3 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
