Options include sew-ins in several forms, tape-ins, microlink and single or double weft installs, glue-in and clip-in tracks, and a hybrid install that combines sewn-in sections with tape-ins at the front. Maintenance visits are scheduled on a four-week cycle for partial and full installs, and some maintenance appointments are only offered on installs the owner originally did. Removal is priced differently for GGB and non-GGB installs, and the studio recommends several extension bundle brands for tape-in work. Color covers single and double process color, highlights, ombre and balayage, root touch-ups and custom coloring for extension hair. Cuts are booked alongside another service.

Custom wigs are built to order, with U-part and closure constructions available. U-part builds take three to five business days, and closure builds take five to seven business days with no same-day option. A wig prep package is offered only when a wig construction is booked. Protective and everyday styles include quickweaves, crochet braids, silk wraps, flexi rod sets, braids and updos. Treatments such as steam, scalp detox, nourishing oil and protein are offered as add-ons.

A $25 deposit secures most appointments, while Blow & Go bookings take a $15 deposit, and deposits cannot be refunded. The rest of the price is settled once the service, pickup or installation is complete. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used for bookings between $50 and $4,000, but approval is required before the visit. Appointments outside regular hours can be requested by text, are not confirmed until approved, and carry a $75 fee paid in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees, cancellations made after that point are billed at half the service price, and a no-call, no-show is billed the full booked amount. Clients have a 15-minute grace period. Clients are asked to share their hair history, any sensitivities and scalp conditions, and to follow the aftercare guidance. Results vary with hair history, upkeep and aftercare. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts or for a custom amount and are a final sale.

The studio focuses on growing and keeping hair healthy in length, with technical skill and creative judgment working together on each service.
