The salon describes its goal as modern, timeless haircuts, styling and specialty color. It is at 3735 Grand Blvd, sits between the major highways, and has street parking nearby.

Stylists work in a mix of roles. Some are employees and others are independent contractors who rent space in the salon, set their own prices, book their own services and collect their own payments. Not every stylist offers every service, and prices vary by stylist and product. Each stylist's profile shows their preferred booking method, and independent stylists generally prefer clients book with them personally. Clients can book online through Vagaro at any hour, or call or text the salon at 708-255-5796 to reach the receptionist. Price estimates are available by email or from the stylist directly.

Highlights are done as traditional foil or as balayage and include one all-over toner. Highlight Max services add a root smudge or touch-up to a full highlight. Balayage French Highlighting is a balayage method that the salon describes as exclusive to it. Smoothing treatments are offered in fine, medium and thick, and the salon says they keep hair frizz-free for up to six months. A chemical-free Cezanne option and a Brazilian Blowout system are also available. Brow, lip and chin waxing run from $15 to $20. Color and highlight prices do not include a blow dry or haircut.

Hair extensions are offered with payment plans available, and new extension and color clients are asked to contact their stylist directly or use the contact form. Bridal hair and makeup for events are booked through an inquiry form. Treatments include K18 Peptide Pro at $35, Kevin Murphy Cruet Vial at $25, and Everlasting Colour and O & M in-salon treatments with no price listed.

A credit card on file is required to hold appointments. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancelling within 24 hours carries a 50% fee. A no-show or no-call is charged 95% of the reserved services. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used as gratuity; some promotional or community gift cards can only be used for services. Retail products have no refunds, and exchanges are allowed in person within 15 days. Shipped products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Cash, check and credit or debit cards are accepted. Card tips go through the TIPPY system as a separate transaction with a small fee at the kiosk, and tips can also be given in cash, by check or through Zelle.
