The menu is grouped into facial, upper body and lower body waxing, plus combo bundles. Brow waxing and shaping is designed around each client's features. Full Face covers the brows, hairline, cheeks, chin, lip and nostrils. Full Arm covers the arms and shoulders, and hands can be included when needed or requested. Bikini, Brazilian, butt and bundle services are listed for guests with a vulva only.

Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch, exfoliate a day or two ahead and skip lotions, oils and creams that day, and arrive with clean skin free of deodorant or perfume on the area. The salon advises avoiding waxing while using retinoids or other sensitizing treatments. For 24 to 48 hours afterward, hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and intense exercise are best avoided, and gentle exfoliation can begin two to three days later, two to three times a week. Waxing is recommended every four to six weeks. According to the FAQ, results typically last three to six weeks, and regular waxing may leave regrowth finer and sparser over time.

Advance booking is recommended, though same-day appointments are welcome when availability allows. Contact is by text at 540-907-0687 or by email. Guests have a five-minute grace period and should message if running late; after five minutes an appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 12 to 24 hours' notice, and a no-call/no-show prevents future bookings. Full payment is taken at the time of service, by cash, Apple Pay, or credit or debit card.

Preparation and aftercare guidance is part of every visit, so clients know how to get ready and care for the skin afterward.
