Visits can start with a free consultation of about 15 minutes. It is a one-on-one appointment to talk through the client's style and the space they have to work with, before any service is booked. Haircuts take about 15 minutes or more and can include clipper cuts, mullets, short scissor cuts, flows, fades, shags, butterfly cuts, face framing and layers. Blowouts start at $70 and take about 45 minutes or more, beginning with a relaxing shampoo and then an expert blowout. Color is priced by the result the client wants and usually takes about 1 hour 30 minutes or more. Perms are priced by hair length and density and take about 2 hours 30 minutes or more. Extensions are offered to model appointments at a discounted rate, and a consultation and purchase of hair are required. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice for any change or cancellation. A cancellation fee may apply to a missed appointment when no notice was given. A complimentary correction can be requested if the client gets in touch within two weeks of their service. For minors, chemical services are limited to cuts or semi-permanent color for children under 12. Clients 13 and up may receive color or texture services with a parent or guardian's approval, and a parent or guardian must stay on premises for the whole service when a minor is receiving a chemical service.
