Treatments combine meridian massage based on traditional Chinese medicine, herbal care and steam. Steam therapy uses scalp steaming with customized serums. One named treatment, Rejuvenate and Revitalize, pairs gentle exfoliation with warm herbal steam and a nourishing oil massage.
Services are grouped into a six-part Stress Relief Treatment Series, two combo packages called Smooth Series and Recover Series, and four add-on soaks and treatments. Single treatments run from 45 to 70 minutes, and the combos run 80 or 90 minutes. The combos include one add-on, and the B versions also add steam hair care and an arm massage.
The founder, Jennifer Yip, also developed The Sense product line. The line includes a shampoo, conditioner, itchy scalp serum, rice water mist and hair ends oil. The products contain no silicones, parabens or synthetic fragrances, and they are not tested on animals.
Treatments are built around cleansing the scalp, balancing oil and easing tension in the head and neck, using meridian massage, herbal care and steam.
