Massage sessions include a custom massage offered in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, with the technique adjusted to the client's preferred pressure and focus areas. The hot stone massage uses basalt stones heated to 110 to 130 degrees alongside massage. Prenatal massage is available at every stage of pregnancy, with side-lying positioning or a pregnancy pillow for any face-down work. Sports massage is aimed at muscle tension, with the goal of supporting recovery and range of motion.
Nail services are branded Melissa's Nail Spa on the website. Manicures include a hand massage, a polish of the client's choice, nail shaping and cuticle care, and clients may bring their own Zoya polish for the basic version. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; shorter notice may be charged the full service amount and can affect future bookings. Arriving late shortens the appointment while the full price still applies, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. A missed appointment without a cancellation call is charged in full, and future bookings are blocked until it is paid. Gift cards are sold in $100, $150, $200 and $250 amounts or a custom amount, and can be sent by text or email or delivered to the buyer.
