The Self Care Experience is based on North Glenoaks Boulevard in Burbank and is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The menu is built around facials, waxing, brow threading, scalp massage and permanent jewelry, with bundles that combine a facial with a wax or jewelry.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express treatment to longer 60- and 85-minute appointments. Options include a custom facial built around concerns such as acne, dryness or aging, a hydrating facial suited to acne-prone, rosacea-prone or sensitive skin, and treatments that use LED light, microcurrent, microdermabrasion or a diamond-tipped wand. There is also a back facial and a men's facial that ends with a beard-conditioning finish.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, stomach, legs, back and Brazilian areas, and a Full Body Wax takes about 90 minutes. Wax Wednesday offers a reduced Brazilian wax price on Wednesdays only. Eyebrow threading and scalp massage are quick 10-minute services, and permanent jewelry starts at $55.

Memberships are billed monthly and include a regular facial or wax, priority booking and a discount on add-ons or retail depending on the plan. Packages bundle a facial with a wax or jewelry for one price, and a four-pack of anti-aging facials is also offered. Bookings and package or membership credits are used through the Services page, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in store.

Some services require a deposit when booking, between $15 and $50, and cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged a 30% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Treatments are customized around specific skin concerns, and the custom facials are designed to be tailored to each client.
