Brow and lip sessions take about two hours, so clients are asked to book a window of at least two hours. The studio says eyebrow and lip results typically last one to five years after a touch-up, depending on skin type and sun exposure. It also notes that healing and pigment retention vary from person to person, so results cannot be guaranteed. Touch-ups for permanent makeup done at other studios are not accepted.

Consultations are free for all services. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged a 15% fee.
