New guests begin with a consultation before any service. It covers their goals, what they like and dislike, inspiration photos and pricing. Haircuts include a consultation, a shampoo and a basic blow-dry, and additional styling is $10 extra. Coloring prices are starting prices, include a basic blow-dry, and can rise with extra time or product.

Options run from single-process retouches and all-over color to double process, highlights and lowlights, and specialty work such as balayage, airtouch and color correction. Cut-and-color packages are also offered. Texture services include perms and spiral perms, and the standard perm includes a basic style and haircut. Treatments include Olaplex, keratin, a keratin shot, metal detox, chlorine removal and a conditioning mask.

Bridal work includes updos, trial updos, bridesmaid updos and special occasion styling. Bridal services include an $85 travel fee for travel to the client on the wedding day, with bridal travel beyond 15 miles charged per mile and added to the fee. Bridal bookings need a 30% non-refundable retainer paid when the agreement is signed, applied to the final balance.

Online bookings require a credit card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked service, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service.
