Visits take place in a calm setting meant for unwinding. Each guest receives organic products picked from a customized selection, and treatments include halo hydrotherapy and scalp massage. Robes are available, and guests are advised to wear a tank, cami, sports bra or tube top so the scalp is easy to reach. Hair does not need to be washed beforehand.
Treatments run from 60-minute sessions such as Balancing, Purifying and Soothing to Rejuvenating, an 80-minute session that adds a mini facial, and Glo Duo, a 90-minute scalp and facial focused on protecting skin and scalp from sun exposure. Seasonal Rehydrating combines light-based follicle stimulation with hydration, steam and a warm towel wrap. Add-ons such as a deep conditioning treatment and a rosemary pre-treatment can be added to any scalp service.
Booking is done online on a calendar that updates in real time, with a waitlist for full times. Deposits must be paid by credit card, and gift cards cannot be used toward them. Guests should wait two weeks after coloring their hair before booking. Hair extensions, artificial hair attachments and dreads are not permitted, guests must be 14 or older, and anyone with a medical concern or who is past the first trimester of pregnancy should check with their medical provider first. Two guests booking together are each scheduled with a different professional at the same time.
Treatments are matched to each guest's scalp using organic products picked from a customized selection.
The setting is meant to feel calm, a place to relax.
