The Sanctuary Salon

The Sanctuary Salon is run independently and has no receptionist. Each stylist handles their own booking, schedule and policies, so clients contact the stylist they plan to see for the service menu, prices and any questions about their appointment. General inquiries can go to the salon's Facebook or Instagram page.

Clients who need to reschedule or cancel are asked to tell their stylist as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. After that, the salon calls or texts to check in, and services may be shortened to fit the time that was booked.

Refunds are not given on services once performed. Clients who want adjustments to a service can contact their stylist within 7 days. Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they come back within that window and in full.

All stylists are licensed by the State of Michigan. The salon is Barbicide certified, and the tattoo facility is registered for medical waste through EGLE. All permanent makeup artists are bloodborne pathogen certified through Wayne County and the State of Michigan.
