Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes and waxing. The Hydrating Basic Facial is aimed at calming and hydrating the skin, and the Dermaplaning Facial is a longer 80-minute treatment. Brow services range from a simple eyebrow tint to a Full Brow Service that combines a brow lamination, a tint customized to the client's features and a brow wax. Lash options include a lash tint, a lash lift that curls lashes without a curler, and a Full Lash Service pairing a lift that lasts about four weeks with a tint, typically in black.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, eyebrows, underarms, full face, legs and bikini area. Hard wax is used for facial and smaller areas, and leg waxing is a soft wax from the knees down. The Brazilian wax is offered only to women, according to the studio.

Skincare treatments and waxing are tailored to each client and their goals. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are free to change; shorter notice or a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled or canceled depending on remaining time. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays. A client review on the site praises the cleanliness of the space and the staff's willingness to accommodate requests.
