The spa says it specializes in anti-aging and sugaring and serves all skin types.

The facial menu ranges from a custom signature facial with extractions and a personalized home regimen to microdermabrasion with a diamond-tipped tool, an Eminence fruit-infused hydration facial, an acne facial with extractions and LED light therapy, a men's facial using smoked bourbon enzymes and French oak, and The Sanctuary Facial, which adds nano-infusion technology. Glo2Facial by Geneo is a multi-step facial with exfoliation, oxygenation and nutrient infusion, with customizations including Brighten, Clarify, Energize, ExoFirm, Hydrate, Protect, Refine and Smooth. The spa says Glo2Facial gives instant and long-lasting results.

Chemical peels range from a probiotic pumpkin enzyme peel and a peel with little to no visible peeling to a resurfacing peel designed for experienced clients, which requires a pre-treatment consultation and proper homecare and is expected to involve visible peeling and downtime. Microneedling is offered for the face, the face and neck, or the face, neck and decollete, and the spa describes it as stimulating new collagen by working with the skin's natural healing. Skin irregularity removal covers skin tags, broken capillaries, sebaceous hyperplasia, seborrheic keratosis, dermatosis papulosa nigra, actinic keratosis and hyperpigmentation.

Body treatments include clarifying and brightening back treatments, a Farmhouse Fresh body scrub and an 80-minute Stone Crop Restorative Body Wrap. Massage options include customized Swedish, therapeutic or deep tissue sessions, prenatal, hot stone, CBD, couples and hot oil scalp massage, plus a 25-minute foot massage. Monthly massage memberships are available, and custom spa packages bundle treatments with a charcuterie plate and drinks. The spa also offers reiki, on-site corporate massage and monthly meditations, according to a Tampa Magazine profile. Sugaring, waxing, tinting, lash lifts and nail services are also on the menu.

Visits are booked by phone or text at 813-695-4677 or by email at contact@thesanctuarydayspa.com. Business hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 4pm and Thursday and Friday from 10am to 7pm. A valid photo ID is required at check-in, mobile phones are kept on silent with calls taken outside, and children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be seen, and a late arrival shortens the treatment time.
