Every treatment starts with a consultation, so the service is shaped around what the client wants to achieve. The spa describes its approach as a holistic alternative to a medspa, focused on clean, non-invasive care, and it teaches clients to steer clear of harsh chemicals and aggressive treatments. It also says that skin results come about 20% from in-spa work and 80% from what clients do at home, which is why each facial client receives a personalized at-home routine and recommended products. Those products are also sold in the online shop.

The spa's three signature facials are called The Works, The Lift and The Restore. The Works is an anti-aging treatment, listed at 90 minutes, that layers microcurrent, LED light, microdermabrasion, extractions, a peel, enzymes, oxygen, DNA Signal Plus and lymphatic facial massage. The Lift centers on microcurrent for anti-aging and pairs it with LED light, a facial peel, enzymes and contouring massage; the spa suggests a series of sessions for the best results, though many clients notice a difference after just one. The Restore focuses on hydration, drawing on microdermabrasion, LED light, a peel, enzymes and facial massage. All three signature facials open with a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions if the client wants them, a mask and facial massage. Beyond the signatures, the menu also includes acne facials, hydrating facials, anti-aging brightening treatments, lymphatic drainage massage, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.

Massage options are deep tissue, which uses firm, slow pressure; relaxation, with a slower rhythm and long, smooth strokes; hot stone, offered in 60 or 90 minute sessions; and prenatal massage, a 50-minute session for clients in their second or third trimester. Prenatal clients are asked to check with their doctor before booking. Nail care uses gel polish and non-toxic, natural products, and pedicures use a bowl without jets. Enhancements include makeup application and lash lifts, with lash lift results said to last up to 8 weeks.

Appointments can be booked online or by calling the front desk at (704) 436-1311. The spa is open Tuesday from 10am to 3pm, Wednesday from 1pm to 6pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and it is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Hours can change, so clients are asked to call first. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a $50 deposit applies to late arrivals and no-shows. Service prices are listed on the online booking platform, and 6-month or 12-month memberships include one facial or massage each month, with rates confirmed by the team. Gift cards are available online.
