Every visit can begin with a consultation before any service is booked, and the salon recommends one especially for big changes. During a consultation the stylist looks at hair type, color and texture and then gives a quote. Dramatic color changes, including the all-over color package, require a consultation first.

Color options range from a short color package above the ears to color retouches, partial and full foil packages and all-over color, with a color gloss available as a lighter option. A color gloss is a non-permanent treatment that adds shine and can help smooth frizz, and it contains no peroxide or developer. Deep conditioning can be added to any service. Updos for weddings, proms and other events are also offered, and clients should arrive with clean, dry hair.

Straightening is offered as the Keratin Complex express treatment, which lasts up to three months, or the full Keratin Complex treatment, which lasts up to six months. Booking changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged half the service cost and no-shows are charged the full cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
