Styling includes blow outs, curls and up-dos. Keratin straightening, perms, Olaplex conditioning treatments, hair extensions, makeup and waxing are also available, and wedding services can be provided on-site or off-site.

Visits begin with a consultation where guests can share their ideas before the service. Online booking submissions are requests only and are not confirmed until the team accepts them, and a confirmation is sent 24 hours before the appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise 50% of the scheduled cost is charged. A missed appointment without notice is charged in full and may require a deposit for future bookings. Guests who are unsatisfied should notify the salon within one week of the appointment, and the salon reserves the right not to offer refunds.
