Every service includes a scalp and neck massage, hot towels, aromatherapy, and a blow dry shaped to the client's hair texture, type and density. Color is mixed to order from 96 intermixable shades within a luxury color line that the salon describes as responsible and as supporting hair health and shine.

The menu covers full and partial balayage and highlights, colorwork with root touch-ups, face-framing and balayage options, toners, and a keratin smoothing treatment that takes one to three hours and lasts three to six months. Add-ons include Pull Through, root melt and root shadow blending, a conditioning treatment for critically damaged hair, and brow tint. Jenna recommends add-ons and tells clients about them before the appointment.

Policies are set out plainly. No gratuity is expected. A credit card is required to reserve, but Booksy holds it and the salon does not keep it on file. A no-show or last-minute cancellation is charged 50% of the appointment cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling with 50% of the service charged. The salon keeps a strict on-time schedule and double-books to keep prices competitive. It is closed on Sundays and does not send automated messages, so clients are asked to text their provider with questions.
