Every new client starts with a consultation, which for first-time visits is part of a 70-minute Skin Consult and Facial that also includes product recommendations and a future treatment plan. Signature Facial is a customized 75-minute treatment that can combine OxyGlow exfoliation, Korean-inspired skincare, LED light therapy and other targeted methods. The Mint Basil Gentleman Facial is designed for men's concerns such as razor burn, sensitivity, ingrowns and dullness. Acne Facial, Perky Pumpkin anti-aging facial and Pumpkin Peel are offered for breakouts, mature skin and texture.

Practical details: the studio is open Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Children are not permitted, and only the guest receiving a treatment may use the lounge.
