Booking is more conversational than a standard calendar. Online bookings are not confirmed until the client has spoken with the stylist, so the salon asks clients to reach out directly with a recent photo of their hair, a photo of the look they want, their availability and a budget. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment.

A 50% cancellation fee applies. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
