The salon was opened in February 2008 by owner Brandee Pacillio, who has worked with hair professionally since 1997. Salon manager Brittani McBride has managed the salon since it opened, after working alongside Brandee for nearly a decade beforehand. The salon describes its clientele as diverse, and many clients have been coming for more than ten years.

Hair services cover men's, women's and children's cuts, color and highlights including balayage and color melts, perms and straightening, blow-dry styling, and deep conditioning. Extensions are made with 100% real human hair and offered through several methods, including Great Lengths, DreamCatchers, Harper Ellis, Hair Dreams, Hot Heads, Hairlocs, tape-ins, clip-ins, and micro, flat and weft braid tracts. Smoothing options include keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowout, Bio Ionic straightening and Japanese thermal straightening, which the salon offers for curly or frizzy hair.

Makeup is a separate strength. The salon offers makeup application, makeup for photo shoots, and makeup for proms, graduations, senior pictures, head shots, modeling, engagement parties, black tie events and business meetings. A one-on-one consultation about cosmetics and beauty products is available, and makeup lessons, tips and look ideas are offered for weddings, photo shoots and everyday touch-ups. Bridal packages are priced separately for brides, bridesmaids, mothers and family, and flower girls and boys under 10.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturday from 9 to 5, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The salon carries salon products, and staff can explain them on request.

Men's, women's and children's cuts, plus shampoo and blow dry, deep conditioning, half up-dos and up-dos. Men's haircut is $55, men's precision haircut starts at $50, women's precision haircut starts at $75, children's haircuts (12 and under) are $45 to $55, and deep conditioning is $35 to $85.
