The massage menu includes classic Swedish and deep tissue sessions, a shorter upper back, neck and shoulder session called Shrug It Off, and therapeutic options such as Myofascial Melt, sports massage and reflexology. Specialty sessions include prenatal massage, performed by prenatal-certified therapists in the side-lying position, along with hot stone, salt-based and HydraLuxe massages. Couples can book side-by-side sessions for two and request different massage styles at booking.

The facial menu runs from European facials to advanced treatments such as Oxygen RX, Let It Glow, a Clear Complexion Acne Facial with an optional peel, and the Red Carpet Custom Facial, where the esthetician chooses four to six treatment options and a $100 deposit is collected at booking. Medi facials use Osmosis skincare and Circadia skincare, which is paraben-free. Clients using Rx topicals or retinols are asked to stop at least one week before a Medi Facial. Express LED Light Therapy is not suitable for pregnant clients.

Body treatments include a Deep Steep body scrub, where clients choose a sugar scrub scent and receive a complimentary body butter to take home. Mud wraps in Sacred Sedona, Marine Peptide and Dead Sea versions begin with a body scrub, followed by warmed mud, a Shirodhara hair treatment and a hydrating sheet mask, and a $100 deposit is charged to the card on file at booking. Waxing covers face, body and men's areas using a specially formulated Italian hard wax. Electrolysis is priced by session length, from $45 for 15 minutes to $120 for 60 minutes, and uses a single-use probe for each client. Electrolysis clients are asked to stop tweezing and waxing between treatments and to have hair 1/8 to 1/4 inch long.

Spa packages Revival, Harmony, Unwind, Getaway, Renewal, Replenish, Retreat and Indulge combine massage, facial and other treatments, with durations from about one hour to about 3 hours 45 minutes. Custom packages can be built by swapping a facial or massage type if guests call to arrange it. Couples massages and spa packages require a 50% deposit, and groups of three or more prepay with a 20% gratuity added. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid fees, late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged in full. A valid credit card is required to reserve, and guests are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early. The free loyalty program earns one point per dollar spent, tracked by phone number.
