The studio pairs current technology with traditional East Asian medicine, herbal and folk medicine. It describes this combination as a way to support longer-lasting healing.

A first acupuncture visit runs 90 minutes and begins with a health history intake, a review of any labs, a discussion of wellness goals, and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Treatment may include other methods such as cupping or moxa, depending on the diagnosis. Return visits run 50 minutes and focus on one or two specific issues. Fire cupping is offered on its own as a 30-minute session with no acupuncture.

Cosmetic work includes Classic Cosmetic Acupuncture, a 60-minute session that starts with a warm-towel face cleanse and uses specialized face and body needles, LED light therapy, a botanical serum and gua sha. The studio recommends an initial series of 10 treatments, once or twice a week, followed by monthly maintenance. Microneedling takes 45 minutes and covers the face and neck, using a serum chosen for each client's goals and finished with a medical-grade face mask. According to the studio, most microneedling clients need four to six sessions spaced a month apart to see results.

Massage options include Facial Sculpt with Buccal Massage, a 60-minute treatment covering the chest, neck and face along with an intra-oral massage of the jaw, and a 30-minute Buccal Massage Add-On that can be paired with an acupuncture or cosmetic visit. Cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling are not suitable during pregnancy, and regular acupuncture or sculpting massage is suggested instead. Clients who have had Botox in the past two weeks or filler in the past month should contact the studio before booking.
